3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and include your Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow for 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
